The “Grievance Redressal Cell” aims at aiding the students by addressing and alleviating the concerns regarding their academic and social issues. This grievance redressal mechanism is mainly set up to encourage the needy students a confident march ahead in the academics.
Giving opportunity to the Students to express their grievances, problems freely and frankly, without any fear.
To establish structured interactions with students to elicit information on their expectations.
To ensure effective solution to the students' grievances with an impartial and fair approach.
To uphold the dignity of the College by ensuring a cordial Student- Student relationship and Student-Faculty relationship.
To put in place an effective grievance voicing mechanism, fully protecting the anonymity of the complainant, if need be. And inspiring the confidence of resolution of the same in the shortest time possible.
Grievance segregation based on category and priority followed by reporting the same to the competent authorities for its resolution.
Conduction of awareness programs to all the stake holders there by making them more sensitive and responsive towards students grievances.
