National Service Scheme and Youth Red Cross unit of Vivekananda College of Engineering and Technology conducted “VRUKSHA RAKSHA ABHIYAAN AND SAVE SOIL MOVEMENT” on 11th June 2022. The program has begun with placard competition. 20 teams are participated in this competition. The formal function was presided by Sri. Satyanarayana B, Director, VCET governing council.
During the program NSS T- shirts were distributed to NSS Volunteers. The winners of the placard competition are awarded with saplings. The students performed flashmob for save soil song. Around 25 saplings were planted in the campus. The “Save Soil Movement” procession was organized from campus to Nehru Nagara to bring awareness among students and public.
