The Department of MCA, in association with Ankuram Association, Vivekananda College of Engineering & Technology (VCET), Puttur, organized a session on “Personality Development & Communication Skills” on 06 October 2026.
The session was conducted with the objective of helping students understand the importance of personality development, effective communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills in their academic, personal, and professional lives.
The programme featured Dr. Ashley D Souza, Associate Professor, Department of MBA, VCET, Puttur, as the resource person. He delivered an engaging and informative session, highlighting the importance of effective communication and a positive personality in achieving success. Through practical insights and interactive discussions, students were encouraged to develop greater confidence, improve their communication abilities, and present themselves effectively in different situations.
