Vivekananda College of Engineering & Technology  Puttur

MBA and MCA 2023-25 Batch  Inaugurated at Vivekananda College of Engineering and Technology (VCET) Puttur, on Wednesday 7th  February 2024. At the outset, the dignitaries lighted the traditional lamp to mark the inauguration of the programme.

Sri. Sathish Rao P. Vice President, Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha Puttur, was the Chief Guest. He congratulated students for choosing  MBA and MCA programs, addressing the students he presented the legacy of  Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha and spoke on the transition of education system in India. He motivated students to inculcate values in life as they progress in education and not to limit the education only to build careers and earning only, rather advised students set clear goals and always give back to society.

Dr Mahesh Prasanna K, Principal, VCET motivated students to work hard and make use of all resources available in the institute to achieve success. He enlighted the students on the importance of gaining knowledge by being part of all the activities in the campus.

President of the programme  Sri Ravikrishna D. Kallaje, Director, VCET Governing Council, congratulated the students for choosing higher education and advised students not to restrict themselves to only university prescribed syllabus rather explore beyond syllabus and gain skills. He motivated students to work towards Industry readiness and meet industry expectations, as only good marks will not bring greater success in career. He stressed self confidence and creativity will make students taste the success.

During the programme MCA students launched the website of  “AANTARYA”  an IT Fest to be held on 22 and 23 February 2024. Dr. Vandana B. S. Director, MCA welcomed the gathering. Dr. Robin Manohar Shinde Director, MBA rendered the vote of thanks and Ms Neekshitha shetty and Mr Venugopal compeered the programme.

 Heads of the various department, faulty and non-teaching staffs of MBA and MCA program were present for the programme.
