A Staff Exchange Program under the MOU activity was organized by the Department of BCA in association with IQAC at Sri Rama First Grade College, Hanuman Nagara, Kalladka, on 04 March 2026 at 10:00 AM in Savarkar Hall. The session featured Dr. Rajeshwari M, Assistant Professor, Department of MCA, Vivekananda College of Engineering & Technology, Puttur, who delivered a talk on “From Concept to Completion: A Roadmap for Effective Project Management,” and Mr. Anirudha B G S, Assistant Professor, Department of MCA, VCET Puttur, who spoke on “Essentials for Project Excellence.” The resource persons guided students on project planning, defining problem statements, setting objectives, selecting appropriate technologies, and systematically developing academic projects. The session also included interactive discussions where students clarified their doubts regarding project selection and implementation. The program was highly informative and helped BCA students gain practical insights into developing and managing successful projects.
