The Department of MCA, under the Ankuram Association and Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organised a session on “Financial Literacy,” conducted by Dr. Shreesha Bhat, Founder & Managing Trustee, Akanksha Charitable Trust (R.), Puttur.
The session highlighted the importance of financial awareness and responsible money management in everyday life. He explained key concepts such as budgeting, saving, investment, financial planning, and the importance of making informed financial decisions. The session also emphasised the need to develop healthy financial habits, understand financial risks, and plan effectively for future needs. The programme encouraged students to improve their financial knowledge and adopt responsible practices to achieve financial stability and independence.
