Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Vivekananda College of Engineering and Technology, Puttur in coordination with Association of Computer Science and Engineering Students, IEEE VCET Student Branch and ICIoT LAB, VCET organized a workshop on “Arduino Uno and its applications” from 11/12/2023 to 14/12/2023 in ICIoT lab, VCET Puttur. Ms. Chaitra B, Ms. Mekhala Rao, Mr. Sarosh Naik, Ms. Niveetha B, Ms. Harshitha and Ms. Rajashree successfully conducted the sessions. Around 134 students of 2nd year CSE got benefited from this workshop. Students were divided into batches and training was given to them in batches so that they will be focused on hands on experience. The workshop mainly focused on real world applications of IoT with Arduino Uno micro controller. Dr. Uma Pare, Prof. Roopa G K, Prof.Savitha M, Prof. Mohan A R, Prof. Swapnalaxmi k, Prof. Deepthi M B, IOT coordinators of CSE department and Mr. Venkatesh, In Charge of ICIoT lab, VCET also coordinated with students. Students have learnt various experiments like LED glowing with switch, working of IR sensors etc.
