A Two-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) and Hands-on Workshop on Internet of Things (IoT) was successfully organized by the Department of Computer Science and IQAC, Vivekananda College of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous), Puttur, in association with the Department of MCA, Vivekananda College of Engineering & Technology, Puttur, on 24th and 25th November 2025 at the Golden Jubilee Hall.
The programme was inaugurated on 24th November 2025 at 9:30 AM by Dr Rajeshwari M, Assistant Professor, Department of MCA, VCET, Puttur. The session was presided over by Mr Srikrishna Ganaraja Bhat, Vice Principal, VCASC (Autonomous), Puttur. The technical sessions were handled by the resource persons Mr Mahabaleshwara Bhat P and Mr Shreyas H, Assistant Professors, Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, VCET, Puttur.
The FDP focused on imparting theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to IoT concepts and applications. Faculty members and students actively participated and benefited from the hands-on sessions, making the programme informative and enriching.
