The Department of MCA at Vivekananda College of Engineering & Technology, Puttur, organized a technical session titled “LaTeX 101 – A Beginner’s Guide to Professional Document Writing” on 31st May 2025 at 11:00 AM in Room A326, under the banner of the Ankuram Association. The session was conducted by Mr. Anirudha B G S, Assistant Professor, Department of MCA, VCET, Puttur. Aimed at introducing students to the fundamentals of LaTeX, the session covered essential topics such as document formatting, structuring, equations, and references, which are crucial for academic and technical writing. The event received an enthusiastic response from students and provided a strong foundation for those looking to improve their professional documentation skills.
