The Post Graduate Departments of VCET, Puttur, celebrated the inaugural ceremony for the MBA and MCA Batch 2024-26 on December 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM. The event commenced with the traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and an invocation, setting an auspicious tone. Chief Guest Mr. Ajay Krishna K., Proprietor of GK Industries, encouraged students to focus on skill development and entrepreneurship. Sri Muralidhar Bhat, Treasurer, VCET Governing Council, motivated students with the vision of VCET as “Vision, Courage, Education, and Target,” while Director Sri Ravikrishna D. Kallaje emphasized independence, personality development, and calculated risk-taking. Principal Dr. Mahesh Prasanna K. urged students to approach challenges with determination and confidence. The event featured the release of the MBA newsletter “UDBHAVANA” and the introduction of the MCA “Ankuram Association” activities. Dr. Robin Manohar Shinde delivered a warm welcome, and Dr. Jothimani K. concluded with a vote of thanks. The program, attended by dignitaries, HoDs, faculty, staff, and students, was a resounding success, marking a promising start for the new batch.
