A new Era in Management & Technology
The 3rd International Conference – Drishti 2025: A New Era in Management & Technology was successfully organized by Vivekananda College of Engineering and Technology (VCET) in collaboration with the IEEE VCET Student Branch, Global Degrees – Education & More, Canara Bank, and the Institution Innovation Council. The conference aimed to provide a global platform for academicians, researchers, students, and industry professionals to present their work, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations in the fields of management and technology. It received an overwhelming response with over 324 research paper submissions from across the world, including countries such as the USA, Canada, Kuwait, Oman, Australia, and Singapore.
The event was conducted in both online and offline modes, accommodating wide participation.
The inaugural session began with a warm welcome to dignitaries and attendees, both on and off the dais and online. Sri Ranjan Kumar, Assistant General Manager, Canara Bank, Regional Office, Puttur, delivered the inaugural address, setting an inspiring tone for the event. The occasion was graced by distinguished guests, including Mr. Shijo Mon Yesudhas, Branch Director, Global Degrees, Manipal & Mangalore; Dr. Nyaga Juster, Principal, The Management University of Africa, Kenya; and Dr. Rajendra Hegadi, Associate Professor, Data Science & Intelligent Systems, and Dean, Academic & Student Affairs, IIIT Dharwad. The keynote speakers were Dr. Nyaga Juster for the Management track and Dr. Rajendra Hegadi for the Technology track, delivering insightful talks that enriched the knowledge of the participants.
