Objectives
- To create and ensure safe environment that is free of sexual harassment at the campus.
- To create an atmosphere promoting equality and gender justice.
- To create physical and social environment that will deter acts of sexual harassment.
- To plan and carry out programmes for gender sensitization.
Functional Responsibilities
- To take up the complaints from the anti-sexual harassment squad and recommend the concerned authorities to follow up the same in a safe, accessible and sensitive manner.
- To seek medical, police and legal intervention with the consent of complainant.
- To make arrangements for appropriate psychological, emotional and physical support to the victims.
